rain rain go away
READER WARNING:
This blog might not make much sense because of system overload on the writer's part.
the past few days have nothing but ceaseless rains. in case i haven't told anyone yet, i hate it when it pours like this. most people say it's bed weather, but it's not the case when you have to go out and work. it's just plain annoying to go out and have your pants leg soaked.
I guess the subject header of this blog should have been "COMPLAINTS"
I hate the soggy weather because I have to leave the house when it's pouring, and when I can stay at home, I don't have a good book to read. I also dislike how this kind of weather makes me so sleepy and lazy... it almost seems like I'm a cold blooded animal who ceases to function when cold weather comes in.
I hate living where I'm living now. First and foremost, it's right beside a school, and it's a commercial-residential complex, not only that, it's also right beside a police station.
No one knows the concept of noise unless they live in the area... a typical 24-hour day would go like this:
12mn-1am or 2am: band rehearsal studio noise (usually talentless pricks who think they can sing or play music)
2am-430am: silence, sometimes punctuated by ocassional tricycles passing.
4:30am: the noisy tricycle owner who parks in the school complex warms up his EXTREMELY NOISY motor. This goes on for at least 15 minutes.
5:30am-7:00am: my dad stomping up and down the stairs.... that's his daily cardio routine. Why he stomps is way beyond me.
7:30am: school bell, national anthem, and students making noise. this goes in line with tricycles passing by
9:30: the roll up doors in the store opens
10:00am: typical school noise. if i'm "lucky" they will have a noisy school function again
10:30am: noisy videoke machine with students who can't sing starts.
12nn: band rehearsals start. this goes on til 1am or so
6pm: school events, usually punctuated with noisy school bands...
...and the list goes on.
I miss the good old days when I used to live in a village not so far away... at least people there were more civilized... we didn't have to deal with jologs and addicts...
it seems this house hates me... water always seeps through the walls or some place wherever I stay... in my old room, the water would seep through the closed windows, through the wall, to soak my things... now that i've transferred rooms, there's a leak in my bathroom ceiling...
it sucks... but life goes one... I have to live here... my parents live here and this is wehre the money is... for now... once all the trouble is over, I'll find a way....
I have to keep being optimistic...
